Their corporate office is located in Idaho. They are licensed by state regulatory agencies.
UPDATE (February 17, 2012): We removed SonicCash.com from our State Licensed Payday Lenders by State page.
Until at least January 10, 2011, the SonicCash.com website claimed that they were licensed in Alabama, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Rhode Island and Utah. All mention of state licensing has since been removed from their site.
We could not verify their licensing on various State Regulatory Agencies for Payday Loans so we decided it would be best to remove SonicCash.com from our list of licensed lenders until such confirmation can be made.
