Traffic Comparison Page Update
We updated our Traffic Comparison page. It lets you compare payday loan sites by traffic stats (people, visits and visits/person) as well as Google PageRank (PR).
Since our last update, the traffic for CashCentral.com increased substantially and the traffic for CheckCity.com doubled. PayDayOne.com‘s traffic dropped slightly and NationalPayday.com‘s traffic plummeted substantially.
PayAdvance.com‘s PR rose from 0 to 2. DelawareFastCash.com and GetYourCashToday.com both rose from 1 to 2. ChecknGo.com dropped from 5 to 4.

BBB Accreditation Added
Today we updated our popular BBB Ratings of Online Payday Lenders page.
In addition to updating the ratings, we added a “BBB Accredited” column to the table. It tells you which payday lenders have earned BBB Accreditation.
So far, only CheckCity.com (CCO Financial, LLC) is BBB Accredited. According to the BBB website, it’s been a BBB Accredited Business since 2003/07/25.

Latest Contact Info Requests
Ever since putting up our Full Contact Info page, we’ve been flooded with requests for info about hard-to-reach lenders.
We’re usually pretty good with getting info up within a day or two of the request. Unfortunately, over the past month we’ve been busy tweaking the back-end of our site to handle the increase in traffic we’ve been experiencing.
Today we added over twenty lenders to the Full Contact Info page. Let’s take a look at what lenders we added and what we did to increase page load times.

Another IP Ban for Ratings Abuse
We monitor our site for ratings abuse and have a zero tolerance policy towards abusers.
Why?
Visitor-submitted lender ratings help borrowers make informed loan purchase decisions. Ratings also help us identify lenders with poor customer service so we can remove them from our comparison pages.
Once again we discovered ratings abuse. As always, the votes were removed from our database.

Requests for Contact Information
Our Full Contact Info page lists phone numbers and addresses of payday loan companies, including problem lenders that are difficult to reach.
Since adding the page in May of this year, we’ve received numerous requests. We’ve updated the page today to reflect our latest batch of reader requests including TheVIPLoanShop.com, Longboat/Cutter Group, National PDL Credit, P3 Holding of Nevada and the Vandelier Group.

Two Loan Sites Cut from Comparison Pages
We removed two loan sites from our payday loan comparison pages. They were removed from the Compare Lenders, BBB Ratings and the Traffic Comparison pages. They were never listed on the Highest Rated Lenders, Most Popular Lenders or State Licensed Lenders by State pages because we could not confirm state licensing and the loan sites were never popular with or highly rated by borrowers.
Our kind readers took the time to share their negative experiences with the loan sites in question. The complaints were very specific and well-researched. They helped us find many more troubling complaints online.

BBB Ratings Update – September 15, 2011
We updated our BBB Ratings of Online Payday Lenders page today.
The Better Business Bureau ratings improved for CashCentral.com and QLoot.com and slid for PayDayOne.com.
An alert was issued against NationalPayday.com.
