On August 16, 2012, we received the following allegations from a kind reader who provided two additional addresses for this entity: “Archer Direct offers payday loans to Missouri residents. Archer Direct is not a legally licensed lender in the state of Missouri, therefore, their lending is illegal. They are refusing to comply with the Missouri Division of Finance’s requests to provide information and to cease and desist with all lending and collections in the state of Missouri. Even after I sent them 2 certified letters, they still call me and will not acknowledge any of the requests I have made.”
