On August 3, 2013, we received the following allegations against Cloud9Mktg.com: The representative lied to me about the repayment options and requirements of my loan. The company then kept charging me “refinance” fees every pay period the loan wasn’t paid off. The representative told me it would be 4 ACH payments and then paid off.”
On Sept. 16, 2013, we received more allegations against Cloud 9 Payday Loans: “I was told that I could make four payments but I keep being charged a finance charge and nothing [is being reduced] from the principle.”
On Oct. 16, 2013, we received these allegations against Cloud 9 Marketing: “After months of having my checking account automatically withdrawn for a $300 installment loan, I tried to contact this company to get balance information. I was never able to speak with a person, just recordings. I left a message stating my records showed the loan paid off. They continued making withdrawals. They have no e-mail address and will not respond to my messages and faxes. I am at my wit’s end and feel stupid and angry.”
