On April 7, 2013, we received the following allegations against LTS Management: “LTS Management Services. The company headquarters are at: LTS Management Services, LLC., 908 Baltimore Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64105. The company changed their name as of 04/01/2013. They are now calling themselves Glacier Management Services, LLC., a company registered in the the state of Delaware. LTS/Glacier operate many different companies. The “brands/companies” they operate are: Loan Shop Online, Extra Cash Live, Loan Star, Payday Valet, Payday Mobility and Customer Payday. LTS/ Glacier have a call center established in Toronto Canada, Isle of Man, and also in Santiago, Chile, along with their main call center at the 908 Baltimore address in Kansas City. They are a scam and process anywhere from $75,000 to $300,000 in payday loans every day. I am a [redacted] in the process of reporting them to every single entity I can think of. “
On August 29, 2013, we received these allegations against “Loan Shop / Canterb” via our Anonymous Request Form: “1-800-806-9971. Another online payday loan company not licensed in Alabama but doing business here. I fell into their trap after the April 2012 tornadoes. I would borrow $500 only to end up paying $1000 back.”
On Sept. 5, 2013, we received these allegations against Payday Valet: “Started receiving emails stating I had a payment coming due but never took a loan with this company. Even checked with my bank to ensure I never received money deposited by Payday Valet. To protect myself I closed that current bank account and reopened a different account so that this company would not even attempt to get money that was not authorized to take.”
On Oct. 2, 2013, we received allegations against Loan Shop Online: “They won’t answer their phone. They do this to trap customers into their interest rate scam. I called them and I have faxed them my request to pay off the loan I took from them. I am waiting to see if they take payment for the loan in full this Friday. If they don’t I will be forced to take other measures. They haven’t yet. I will keep you posted.” Editor’s Note: Thank you so much for this detailed account. We look forward to your update!
