The Washington State DFI issued an alert against this entity: “DFI received complaints from consumers relating to transactions entered into with OneClickCash.com a/k/a SFS Inc (OneClickCash). The consumers alleged that this entity provided payday loans with fees in excess of Washington State statute limitations.”

On March 4, 2013, we received an inquiry about this entity: “Are internet payday loans such as OneClickCash.com and USFastCash.com legal in Pennsylvania?” Editor’s Note: Please contact your state regulatory agency directly and confirm licensing before doing business with any entity. To the best of our knowledge, internet payday loans are prohibited in Pennsylvania.

Reader report received on May 22, 2013: “Can’t get into site. [One Click Cash] said they sent password to email provided but nothing shows up.”

On August 8, 2013, a kind reader sent us the following allegations against One Click Cash and Star Cash Processing: “Both of these companies took out fees and interest rates which I was made to believe was paying down the principal. I contacted the company after they took out double (and more) what was discussed. When I called the representative stated that only initial fees were paid. I have received calls from both entities at work and have repeatedly told them not to call me at work. I had to close my bank account as I was unable to stop the fees from being taken out leaving me -$2400.00 in just fees and ridiculous charges.”

On August 17, 2013, we received these allegations: “I needed a small loan to fix my car that I needed. I did not have the cash at that time. I called Money Mutual and they gave me One Click Cash. I went online and got the loan the next day. After that I was laid off. They started calling me three times a day everyday, at night and early in the morning – any time they they felt like it. Then with threats. I got so nervous and fearful that I was scared to leave the house. I started leaving a note by the phone when I had to go out with name and phone number on it so the police will know if something happened. I managed to pay them $111.00 but they never stop and laugh about it. They continue to harass you. It makes you really afraid and nervous. Also, I ended up with high blood pressure and stress. They want you to put it on MoneyCard so they can receive it.”

On Sept. 2, 2013, we received these allegations: “One Click Cash. Phone number is 1-800-230-3266. Borrowed $500 in December 2012. Here it is September 1 2013 and they are still taking payments out of my account. The loan was paid off in February – 2 payments of totaling 575.00 – but they continue to take $115.00 per month because I did not pay it all back in one payment. So the 75 dollars in interest has turned into $690.00. Read the small print before you electronically sign!”

On Sept. 3, 2013, we received more allegations: “Entity Details: 1-800-230-3266. Andrew and Tierra account supervisors. Complaint: I had taken out a small payday loan and these people are continuing to debit my bank account without my permission… When I call they do not talk to me, will give me no information and continue to be rude and hang up on me. I have requested a call from a supervisor and it is supposed to be returned call within 24 hours and it’s been 96 hours. Then I emailed their compliance department and continue to receive no correspondence back.”

On Sept. 3, 2013, we received more allegations: “I was paying $120.00 bi-weekly for a $400.00 loan. Now it is $170.00 bi-weekly with 7 more payments. Then I find out OneClickCash is not licensed to lend money… They’ve got their money back and then some. Charging too much to pay back loan.”

On Sept. 11, 2013, we received these allegations against One Click Cash: “They keep taking money out of my account even though it was supposed to be paid off in 6 months. I took the loan out in Dec. 2012 and payed every month. Now they are still taking money 9 months later they won’t talk to me. If I call a phone number it is a recording and it hangs up on me. I want my money back. They are stealing my money and I live on a fixed income.”

On Oct. 31, 2013, we received these allegations against One Click Cash and Ameriloan: “Neither company has the ability to collect payments via ACH at this time. This may change in the future, I don’t know. But I do know neither was able to take my payment via ACH in October and they call and leave a message nicely asking me to return their call to make payment arrangements.”
