On January 31st, 2013, a reader sent us the following allegations about Payday Mobility: “Calling demanding a loan repayment I believe they acquired fraudulently.”

On February 26, 2013, we received the following allegations about Payday Mobility: “Scam to take $89.00 when you apply for loan. Make sure you read carefully. If you don’t unclick certain terms, they got you and you go thru hoops to try and get it back. Not recommended…”

On June 10, 2013, we received the following allegations against Payday Mobility: “On 06/10/13, I received an email from Payday Mobility demanding a loan repayment I believe they acquired fraudulently. They state I took out a loan for $500.00 and that my first payment is 06/21/13. I never took out a loan from this lender. How can this be rectified ?” Editor’s Note: Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, we cannot give advice for specific fact situations. Generally speaking, if you feel you’ve been defrauded you should contact your attorney, alert your bank and file complaints with state regulatory / law enforcement agencies.

On June 13, 2013, a kind reader sent us the following allegations against PaydayMobility: “Could I get information on PaydayMobility? I have a loan with them. They are charging me over $200 a month for a $500 loan. I’m unable to contact them. They will not respond. Their phone number is 800-720-5606.” Editor’s Note: Any and all information we receive about this entity will be posted here. Thank you!

On July 2, 2013, we received more allegations against this entity: “Called the two phone numbers listed to verify that loan processed via telephone had been cancelled. BUT only received a voicemail message to give name, phone number and reason for calling. I requested the cancellation after I was told that $300 interest would taken immediately from the $500 loan, and the person from Payday Mobility hung up! Follow your GUT – do NOT attempt to make these loans.”

On July 3, 2013, a kind reader sent us more allegations against Payday Mobility including a new phone number: “Contact number: 800-720-5586. Running into the same problem as other people. The other numbers do not answer and go to a voicemail.” Editor’s Note: Thank you so much for the new phone number! Every piece of contact info helps people.

On July 24, 2013, we received the following allegations via our anonymous request form: “I had gotten a loan from them for only $350. They charged me twice for the fee $200. Next month will be finally my last payment. They told me if I don’t want them to charge me a fee to pay off the loan I still owed them $200. So every month they charged me a fee. I had to pay back more than the loan.”

On August 3, 2013, we received the following allegations against Payday Mobility: “I applied for a 400 dollar loan from this company and to date they have deducted 1481.89 from my account! These people are a rip off!” On the same day, another kind reader sent us more allegations: “I received notice that they are withdrawing $117.89 from my account and I do not owe them any money. I went on line to their website to check and they are showing an account number for me. They do not show what the total they think I owe them is. I called the number and got a voice mail. It did not state who they were, just to leave message. I left message that I do not feel I owe them anything. They are taking money from my bank account and I don’t know what it is for.”

On August 7, 2013, we received the following allegations against Payday Mobility: “They scammed me out of 180 dollars. They said that I could pay installments until the loan was paid off. Took 60 dollars a pay for three pays. Then they said that was the fee to extend the loan. I am about to get evicted because of them.” On the same day, the following allegations were also received: “Took out a loan for $350 in April, have paid $120 every 2 weeks and they state I still owe $306 to this day.”

On August 11, 2013, we received these allegations against Payday Mobility: “Loan is already paid and they are still taking out money from my account.”

On August 27, 2013, a kind reader sent us full contact info for Payday Mobility using our Anonymous Request Form and included the following allegations: “Bad Experience, NOT recommended.” Editor’s Note: Thank you for taking the time to send us contact info for this entity! This will help many people.

On August 31, 2013, we received these allegations against this entity: “They say they lent me money and that I signed a contract/agreement. This is from emails. I replied to the emails asking for a copy of the signed agreement, but they don’t respond. They continued their emails saying I owe them money. Still not able to get a response to my replies. They continue to send harassing and threatening emails. Their so called website does not allow for any inquiries, so I can’t check any thing they are claiming. If they can send me my signed agreement/contract, then we can move forward. But after several inquires through email, they don’t respond to this issue.”

On Sept. 3, 2013, we received more allegations against Payday Mobility: “Took money out of my checking without my OK.” On the same day, we received the following allegations: “They gave me contact info and I cannot get a hold of them. Payday Mobilty. 1-800-720-5606 is the number they sent me in email. They sent me a payment form with a number in which I cannot even get a hold of them for questions. I paid on the loan and nothing from the balance deducted. I paid on 8/30 and have another due 9/6 and it is the same balance”

On Sept. 11, 2013, we received allegations against Pay Day Mobi: “Entity Details: Never applied for loan. Wasn’t even sure where the $500.00 came from. On another site applying when this company bleeped in for a few seconds. The only way I got a phone number was through our banks. A stop payment placed. They keep taking money out. Complaint: Overdraft charges until we got a stop pay applied for any amount from this company.”

On Sept. 16, 2013, we received more allegations against this entity: “Contact numbers all go to a voicemail. Unable to reach a live person. Online does not offer payoff access…”

On Oct. 1, 2013, we received these allegations against Payday Mobility: “I am a victim of unauthorized withdrawals, illegal collection.”
