- active duty officers and enlisted personnel
- officer candidates in commissioning programs
- recently retired or separated military personnel
- National Guard, Selected Reserve officers and enlisted personnel
- children of USAA members
Benefits of USAA credit cards include:

- cash, travel and merchandise rewards
- no annual fees, redemption fees and, in most cases, no balance transfer fees
- credit card and debit card rewards can be combined
- special rates for cadets and midshipmen

Additional benefits for military personnel include reduced interest rates during regular deployment or PCS for up to 12 months and a 100 percent rebate on interest charged during military campaigns.
