In the article written by MCSA Jonathan Husman, Dong also said:

• 75 percent of payday loan customers are unable to repay their loan in two weeks
• active-duty members are three times more likely to use a predatory loan center than a civilian

Francis Dong is associate director of the National Association of Securities Dealers.
