On Nov. 1, 2013, we received these allegations against PDYServices.com: “Have a complaint with PDYServices. They lied on contract. The company told me I will payoff account within my next payday. Instead, they took money out of my checking account without my permission. I told the company to take ACH info off file. They refuse to do so causing my account negative. I did sign for loan but not for amount they took from checking.”
On November 30, 2013, we received more allegations against PDY Services: “Entity Details: PDY Services. Customer Service Representative Nicki. 866-615-4276. Complaint: I had borrowed $200.00 from this payday loan company. I paid $87.00 a month on the loan. They informed me that the $87.00 is going towards the interest on the loan. I understood that the $87.00 was going towards the $200.00 I had borrowed. I asked if I could make a settlement with them because the rate from $200.00 to $580.00 + and it keeps going up. I had stop payment on my checking account until we can resolve this issue. The representative was very rude, by not letting me explain myself and try to seek help in repayment of the account.”
