I researched this name to find out it is some sort of payday loan. I have not looked or even applied for any sort of payday loan. How did they get my account information and why would they give me money I didn’t ask for? What to do? Thanks!”

However, I did use the money with the intentions of paying it back. Since that time the above name company has taken out more than 300 dollars plus interest. On August 20, 2013, we received these allegations against VIN Capital LLC: “I checked my account like I always do and noticed on July 24th there was a $300.00 deposit in my account from Vin Capital Loan [Reference Number Redacted]. I did not authorize this nor have I ever heard of this, so the first thing I did was called the bank and made them very aware of this. On July 29th I received an email from [email address redacted but available upon request] sending me an account summary and giving me payment options and terms. It says to initiate any payment option to contact our service provider, CWB Services LLC directly. Thanks, Vin Capital LLC. Customer Service Provided by :CWB Services LLC, PHONE: 1-855-502-2940! FAX: 1-866-274-3604 EMAIL: [email address redacted] . Also states TOLL FREE FAX. On the email I got it says PLEASE DO NOT PRINT THIS EMAIL UNLESS NECESSARY. I knew this was a fraud so I replied to the email and said that this has been reported to my bank and this will not be honored so do not try to debit my account. I did not ask for this and as soon as i saw there was money in my account that was not supposed to be there I called my bank. They INVESTIGATED and found this to be an illegal company with a CRIMINAL behind it. My ACH has been revoked by my bank. This was sent August 6th by me. On August 7th I received this back from [email address redacted] You will be responsible for returning the $300.00 that was deposited into the account. Thank you. I replied back on August 7th the same day I got that one and wrote I will be more than happy to send you a cashiers check in the amount of $300.00 if you could send me an address where you would like for this to be sent. Could you tell me why this was deposited into my account in the first place? Also I have placed a stop on any kind of debits from VIN CAPITAL. The bank is very aware of this SITUATION. Thank you. They did not reply back to give me an address where to send my supposed loan to. The funny thing is my loan was due on August 8th. OK, guess what? I got a email on August 17th from [email and reference number redacted] . I guess they think they can keep getting people’s account info. They just keep changing numbers and ways to get a hold of them I can’t wait until they get what’s coming their way. If you want to ask them any kind of questions it has to be in writing and fax to them at the toll free fax 1-866-274-3604. Now I just wait to see what’s next. I sure hope this helps some one.” Editor’s Note: Thank you so much for this detailed account! It is very helpful.
