Two Loan Sites Cut from Comparison Pages

We removed two loan sites from our payday loan comparison pages. They were removed from the Compare Lenders, BBB Ratings and the Traffic Comparison pages. They were never listed on the Highest Rated Lenders, Most Popular Lenders or State Licensed Lenders by State pages because we could not confirm state licensing and the loan sites were never popular with or highly rated by borrowers.

Our kind readers took the time to share their negative experiences with the loan sites in question. The complaints were very specific and well-researched. They helped us find many more troubling complaints online.

Let’s take a quick look at the nature of complaints to see why you should always deal with state-licensed payday loan sites that are both popular with and highly rated by our readers.

Complaints against the sites include:

  • they were difficult/impossible to contact by phone or email
  • they required faxed documents even though they advertise faxless loans
  • they deposited money into borrowers accounts before the loan agreement was signed
  • on payday, they tried to withdraw more money than they were entitled to
  • they called borrower workplaces, homes and/or references repeatedly
  • they made threats and used racial slurs

We will not name the websites here because we don’t want to give them any attention or traffic. Rest assured that they will never be listed on any of our comparison pages ever again.

If you’ve had bad experiences with any of the lenders on our comparison pages, please contact us so we can remove them.

We’d like to thank our readers for their valuable feedback. Your kindness and generosity saved countless borrowers from financial hardship and mental stress. Words cannot adequately convey our appreciation for your time and effort.
