BBB Ratings Update – September 15, 2011
We updated our BBB Ratings of Online Payday Lenders page today.
The Better Business Bureau ratings improved for CashCentral.com and QLoot.com and slid for PayDayOne.com.
An alert was issued against NationalPayday.com.

CashCentral.com‘s BBB rating improved from a B- to a B.
According to the BBB’s Cash Central page:
Factors that raised Cash Central’s rating include:
- Response to 33 complaint(s) filed against business.
- Resolution of complaint(s) filed against business.
- BBB has sufficient background information on this business.
Based on information collected on our site since 2006, CashCentral.com is at the top of our Highest Rated Lenders and Most Popular Lenders pages. We were able to find a wealth of contact information about the company for our Full Contact Info page as well.
The BBB rating for QLoot.com improved from a “No Rating” to C-. According to the BBB’s QLoot.com page:
Factors that lowered DMA Financial, INC’s rating include:
- BBB does not have sufficient information to determine how long this business has been operating.
- BBB does not have sufficient background information on this business.
Factors that raised DMA financial, INC’s rating include:
- Complaint volume filed with BBB for business of this size.
- Response to 2 complaint(s) filed against business.
- Resolution of complaint(s) filed against business.
PayDayOne.com‘s BBB rating slid from D to F. According to the BBB’s Payday One page:
Factors that lowered the rating for PAYDAY ONE include:
- 70 complaints filed against business
- Failure to respond to 3 complaints filed against business
BBB issued an alert on NationalPayday.com. According to the BBB’s National Payday page:
“On at least one occasion, BBB sent mail to this company in an attempt to develop a report. The mail was returned by the Post Office; therefore a complete BBB report at this time is unavailable.”
